How do payments work?
You pay securely through Fluent Forward when you subscribe to a plan. Your subscription renews monthly. We support all major credit/debit cards via Stripe.
Can I cancel or reschedule a lesson?
Yes! You can cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before the lesson at no charge. Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a fee at the tutor's discretion.
Why was I automatically logged out?
For your security, Fluent Forward automatically signs you out after 3 minutes of inactivity. A warning appears 1 minute before logout — click "Stay logged in" to extend your session.
What technology do I need?
Just a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a webcam and microphone. No downloads required — lessons run directly in your browser.
How are tutors verified?
All tutors go through identity verification, qualification checks, and background screening. We also monitor reviews and have a quality team reviewing tutor profiles.
