Fluent Forward lessons run entirely in your browser — no software downloads required. Here is what we recommend for the best experience.

Minimum requirements

• ·A modern browser: Chrome 110+, Firefox 110+, Safari 16+, or Edge 110+.
• ·Internet connection: at least 5 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload.
• ·A microphone (built-in laptop microphone works, though a headset is better).
• ·A webcam — most lessons work better with video enabled.

Recommended setup

• ·USB headset with noise cancellation for clear audio.
• ·Stable wired or strong Wi-Fi connection.
• ·A quiet room with good lighting facing your face.
• ·A second monitor if you want to keep notes open alongside the classroom.
