How are payments processed?

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers.

Fluent Forward uses Stripe, the world's leading payment infrastructure, to process all transactions. Your card details are encrypted and stored securely by Stripe — Fluent Forward never has access to your raw payment information.

How subscription billing works

  • ·Your card is charged on the same date each month (or year for annual plans).
  • ·You receive an email receipt after every successful charge.
  • ·If a charge fails, we retry automatically for up to 5 days before suspending your subscription.

How lesson credits work

  • ·Lesson credits are added to your account as soon as payment is confirmed.
  • ·Each credit equals one lesson of the default duration (25 or 50 minutes, depending on your plan).
  • ·Credits expire at the end of your billing cycle and do not roll over.

Accepted payment methods

  • ·Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
  • ·Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • ·Bank transfers (ACH) for US customers on annual plans.
  • ·PayPal (selected regions).

All amounts are displayed and charged in USD. If your bank uses a different currency, your bank applies its own exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee.
