Fluent Forward stands behind your learning experience. If you are not satisfied after your first month of a paid subscription, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

What is covered

  • ·First monthly subscription charge only.
  • ·Applies to all three plan tiers (Basic, Standard, Unlimited).
  • ·Must be requested within 30 days of the initial charge.
  • ·One refund per customer account.

How to request a refund

  1. 1Go to Account Settings → Billing → "Request refund".
  2. 2Select "Money-back guarantee" as the reason.
  3. 3Submit your request. You will receive a confirmation email within 1 hour.
  4. 4The refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

What is not covered

  • ·Individual lesson purchases (not part of a subscription).
  • ·Renewal charges after the first month.
  • ·Accounts that violated our Community Guidelines.
  • ·Annual plan charges beyond the first 30 days.

For individual lesson refunds due to tutor no-shows or technical issues caused by Fluent Forward, please contact support — we handle these on a case-by-case basis.
