How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel anytime from Account Settings. Your access continues until the period ends.

You can cancel your Fluent Forward subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees.

Steps to cancel

  1. 1Go to Account Settings → Subscription.
  2. 2Click "Cancel subscription".
  3. 3Select a reason for cancelling (optional — helps us improve).
  4. 4Confirm cancellation.

After cancellation

  • ·Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • ·Unused lesson credits expire when the period ends.
  • ·All your lesson history, recordings, and messages are preserved.
  • ·You can resubscribe at any time from the Pricing page.

If you cancel an annual plan, unused months are not refunded unless within the 30-day money-back guarantee window.
