What happens if my payment fails?
We retry automatically. If payment fails after five attempts your subscription pauses.

Failed payments are usually due to expired cards, insufficient funds, or bank security holds. Here is what happens when a charge fails.
Retry schedule
- ·Day 1: First charge attempt.
- ·Day 3: First automatic retry.
- ·Day 5: Second automatic retry.
- ·Day 7: Final retry. If it fails, subscription is paused.
What to do
- 1Check your email for a payment failure notification.
- 2Go to Account Settings → Billing → Payment methods.
- 3Update or replace your payment method.
- 4Click "Retry payment" to immediately attempt the charge again.
While your subscription is paused, you can still access previously booked lessons and your lesson history. New bookings require an active subscription.
