Can I report an inappropriate review?

If you see a review that contains offensive language, personal attacks, false information, or other policy violations, please report it.

How to report a review

1. 1Go to the tutor's profile page.
2. 2Find the review you want to report.
3. 3Click the flag icon next to the review.
4. 4Select a reason from the list (offensive, false information, spam, etc.).
5. 5Submit the report. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 48 hours.

What happens after you report

• ·Our trust and safety team reviews the review against our Review Policy.
• ·Reviews that violate the policy are removed, usually within 48 hours.
• ·Repeat violators may have their account restricted.
• ·You will receive an email confirming the outcome.
