Why is my review not showing on the tutor's profile?
Reviews are usually published instantly. Delays occur if the review is flagged for moderation.

Most reviews are published immediately after submission. If your review is not visible, here are the most common reasons.
Common reasons for delay
- ·Automated moderation hold — reviews containing certain keywords are held for manual review (usually resolved within a few hours).
- ·The lesson has not been marked as completed yet.
- ·The tutor has fewer than 3 completed lessons (a minimum is required before ratings are displayed).
- ·Technical delay — try refreshing the page.
If your review has not appeared within 24 hours, contact support with the lesson date and tutor name and we will investigate.
