How do tutors respond to reviews?
Tutors can post one public reply to any review on their profile.

Tutors are encouraged to respond professionally to all reviews, especially negative ones. Responses are public and visible to other students.
How tutors respond
- 1From the Tutor dashboard, go to Reviews.
- 2Find the review and click "Reply".
- 3Write a professional response (max 300 characters).
- 4Click "Post reply". The reply appears below the review publicly.
As a student, what can I do?
Students cannot respond to a tutor's reply. If a tutor's response contains inappropriate content, report it using the flag icon next to the reply. Responses are subject to the same Review Policy as original reviews.
