Your privacy matters to us. All messages on Fluent Forward are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3.
Who can see my messages
- ·You and the tutor you are messaging.
- ·Fluent Forward Trust & Safety staff — only when investigating a report of abuse, harassment, or Community Guidelines violations.
- ·Legal authorities — only if legally required by a valid court order.
What we do not do
- ·We do not sell or share your messages with third parties for marketing purposes.
- ·We do not use message content to train AI models.
- ·Tutors and students cannot see each other's messages with other users.
