Fluent Forward has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, inappropriate content, and solicitation through the messaging system.
Immediate steps
- 1Do not engage with the sender.
- 2Click the three-dot menu in the conversation.
- 3Select "Report conversation" and choose the appropriate reason.
- 4Optionally click "Block user" to prevent further contact.
What happens next
- ·Our Trust & Safety team reviews the report within 24 hours.
- ·If the report is confirmed, the sender's account is suspended or removed.
- ·Fluent Forward will follow up with you by email on the outcome.
