How do I manage my notifications?
Control email, push, and in-app notifications from Account Settings → Notifications.

You can control exactly which events send you a notification and via which channel.
Notification channels
- ·Email — for lesson confirmations, receipts, and summaries.
- ·Push notifications — on mobile or desktop browser for real-time alerts.
- ·In-app — the notification bell in the top navigation bar.
How to manage
- 1Go to Account Settings → Notifications.
- 2Toggle each notification type on or off per channel.
- 3Click "Save preferences".
Common notifications you can control
- ·Lesson reminders (1 hour and 15 minutes before).
- ·New message received.
- ·Booking confirmations and cancellations.
- ·Payment receipts.
- ·Promotional emails and platform updates.
You cannot turn off transactional notifications such as payment receipts and account security alerts — these are required by our Terms of Service.
