How do I manage my notifications?

Control email, push, and in-app notifications from Account Settings → Notifications.

You can control exactly which events send you a notification and via which channel.

Notification channels

  • ·Email — for lesson confirmations, receipts, and summaries.
  • ·Push notifications — on mobile or desktop browser for real-time alerts.
  • ·In-app — the notification bell in the top navigation bar.

How to manage

  1. 1Go to Account Settings → Notifications.
  2. 2Toggle each notification type on or off per channel.
  3. 3Click "Save preferences".

Common notifications you can control

  • ·Lesson reminders (1 hour and 15 minutes before).
  • ·New message received.
  • ·Booking confirmations and cancellations.
  • ·Payment receipts.
  • ·Promotional emails and platform updates.

You cannot turn off transactional notifications such as payment receipts and account security alerts — these are required by our Terms of Service.
