Can I record my lessons?

Lesson recording is an opt-in feature. Tutors control whether recordings are available for their sessions.

How recording works

• ·If a tutor enables recording, both parties are notified at the start of the session.
• ·The recording captures audio, video, whiteboard, and shared screens.
• ·Recordings are processed and available in your lesson history within 30 minutes of the lesson ending.
• ·Recordings are stored for 90 days and then automatically deleted.

Accessing your recordings

1. 1Go to Dashboard → Lesson history.
2. 2Find the lesson and click "View recording".
3. 3Use the playback controls to rewatch at up to 2x speed.
4. 4Click "Download" to save the MP4 file to your device.
