Use the inbox to send your tutor a message about your goals or questions before the session.

Sending a pre-lesson message lets your tutor prepare materials and tailor the session to your specific needs.
How to message a tutor
- 1Go to your Dashboard → Upcoming lessons.
- 2Click the message icon next to the scheduled lesson, or go to Messages → select the tutor.
- 3Type your message and press Send.
- 4Tutors typically respond within a few hours.
You can message a tutor before booking if you have a question about their teaching style or availability. Open their profile and click "Send message".
