How do I cancel or reschedule a lesson?

Cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the lesson for a full credit refund.

Things come up — Fluent Forward makes it easy to cancel or reschedule lessons without penalties, as long as you do so with enough notice.

Cancellation policy

  • ·12 hours or more before the lesson: full lesson credit returned to your account.
  • ·Less than 12 hours: lesson credit is not returned (counts as a late cancellation).
  • ·No-show (not joining within 10 minutes): lesson credit is forfeited.

How to cancel a lesson

  1. 1Go to Dashboard → Upcoming lessons.
  2. 2Find the lesson you want to cancel and click "Manage".
  3. 3Select "Cancel lesson".
  4. 4Choose a reason (optional) and confirm.
  5. 5If eligible, your lesson credit is returned within a few minutes.

How to reschedule a lesson

  1. 1Go to Dashboard → Upcoming lessons.
  2. 2Click "Manage" on the lesson.
  3. 3Select "Reschedule".
  4. 4Pick a new time from the tutor's available slots.
  5. 5Confirm. Both you and the tutor will receive an updated confirmation.

Tutors can also cancel or reschedule a lesson. If a tutor cancels within 12 hours of the scheduled time, you receive a full credit refund plus a 10% discount token for your next booking with any tutor.
