What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 12 hours before a lesson for a full credit. Late cancellations forfeit the credit.

Fluent Forward's cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both students and tutors.
Student cancellations
- ·12+ hours before lesson: full lesson credit returned.
- ·Less than 12 hours: no refund. Lesson credit is forfeited.
- ·No-show: no refund.
Tutor cancellations
- ·12+ hours before lesson: full credit returned, no penalty.
- ·Less than 12 hours: full credit returned + 10% discount token for student.
- ·No-show: full credit returned + 15% discount token for student. Tutor reliability score impacted.
Emergencies happen. If you need to cancel within 12 hours due to a genuine emergency, contact support — we review these requests individually.
