What if my tutor does not show up?
If a tutor misses a lesson, you receive a full refund and a discount on your next booking.

We take tutor reliability seriously. If your tutor does not join within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the lesson is considered a tutor no-show.
What happens automatically
- ·Your lesson credit is fully refunded within 1 hour.
- ·You receive a 15% discount token for your next booking with any tutor.
- ·The tutor's reliability score is impacted.
What to do
- 1Wait in the classroom for 10 minutes.
- 2If the tutor still has not joined, click "Report no-show" in the classroom.
- 3The refund is processed automatically.
- 4Optionally, leave a review noting the experience.
Tutors with repeated no-shows are removed from the platform. If you experience a no-show, you can also choose a different tutor for future lessons.
