How do I set my lesson rate?

You have full control over your lesson rate. Here is how to set and adjust it.

Setting your rate

1. 1Go to Tutor Dashboard → Profile → Pricing.
2. 2Enter your hourly rate in USD.
3. 3Set a trial lesson rate (optional — many tutors offer 50% off for trials).
4. 4Click "Save". The new rate applies to all future bookings immediately.

Pricing tips

• ·New tutors often start at a lower rate to attract first reviews, then raise their price as they build reputation.
• ·Check similar tutors in your subject and experience bracket for market rates.
