The performance score combines rating, response rate, lesson completion, and lesson count.

Your performance score determines your visibility in search results and your eligibility for the Top-Rated badge. It is updated weekly.
Score components
- ·Average rating (40% weight) — based on all student reviews.
- ·Lesson completion rate (25% weight) — percentage of scheduled lessons completed without cancellation.
- ·Response rate (20% weight) — percentage of student messages replied to within 24 hours.
- ·Total lessons completed (15% weight) — volume indicates experience and reliability.
Top-Rated badge
- ·Performance score above 90.
- ·At least 20 completed lessons.
- ·No Community Guidelines violations in the past 6 months.
- ·Top-Rated tutors appear first in search results and earn 87% commission.
