All tutors agree to uphold the Fluent Forward Community Guidelines when they join. These standards protect students, tutors, and the platform.
Professional conduct
- ·Be on time for every scheduled lesson.
- ·Communicate respectfully with all students.
- ·Do not share student personal information.
- ·Do not conduct lessons outside the platform to avoid fees — this results in immediate removal.
Lesson quality
- ·Teach in the subject(s) listed on your profile only.
- ·Prepare materials appropriate to the student's level.
- ·Maintain a professional teaching environment (quiet, well-lit, no distractions).
Zero-tolerance items
- ·Discrimination, harassment, or hate speech of any kind.
- ·Sharing or soliciting inappropriate content.
- ·Fake reviews or review manipulation.
- ·Impersonating another tutor or person.
Violations of the Community Guidelines can result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the platform, at Fluent Forward's sole discretion.
