All tutors agree to uphold the Fluent Forward Community Guidelines when they join. These standards protect students, tutors, and the platform.

Professional conduct

·Be on time for every scheduled lesson.
·Communicate respectfully with all students.
·Do not share student personal information.
·Do not conduct lessons outside the platform to avoid fees — this results in immediate removal.

Lesson quality

·Teach in the subject(s) listed on your profile only.
·Prepare materials appropriate to the student's level.
·Maintain a professional teaching environment (quiet, well-lit, no distractions).

Zero-tolerance items

·Discrimination, harassment, or hate speech of any kind.
·Sharing or soliciting inappropriate content.
·Fake reviews or review manipulation.
·Impersonating another tutor or person.

Violations of the Community Guidelines can result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the platform, at Fluent Forward's sole discretion.
