All tutors agree to uphold the Fluent Forward Community Guidelines when they join. These standards protect students, tutors, and the platform.

Professional conduct

  • ·Be on time for every scheduled lesson.
  • ·Communicate respectfully with all students.
  • ·Do not share student personal information.
  • ·Do not conduct lessons outside the platform to avoid fees — this results in immediate removal.

Lesson quality

  • ·Teach in the subject(s) listed on your profile only.
  • ·Prepare materials appropriate to the student's level.
  • ·Maintain a professional teaching environment (quiet, well-lit, no distractions).

Zero-tolerance items

  • ·Discrimination, harassment, or hate speech of any kind.
  • ·Sharing or soliciting inappropriate content.
  • ·Fake reviews or review manipulation.
  • ·Impersonating another tutor or person.

Violations of the Community Guidelines can result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the platform, at Fluent Forward's sole discretion.
